Today was a lazy day! I slept in till 10:30am and only did my ab workouts. :/
For breakfast i had strawberries and grapefruit and i treated myself to a cup of coffee(which i didnt even finish). BUT i went on a BUNCH of errands with my mom, so i was walking all over the place! My leg doesnt hurt as much as it did yesterday so hopefully i will be able to do more workouts tomorrow morning! Derek treated me to Panera Bread and i got a HUGE salad and water! I’m STUFFED!! It was a good day, but im really bummed that i didnt work out as much, i think tomorrow im going to go for a run in the morning but im not sure because honestly….i HATE running…unless its soccer lol

its the second day of trying to have a healthier lifestyle and MAAAAANNNN does my calf hurt! I pulled a muscle yesterday while working out because i forgot to stretch. DONT FORGET TO STRETCH PEOPLE!! so now i couldnt do the eliptical or the run today. :( I decided just to do the 8 minute ab work out and then later ill go swimming!
Tonight for dinner we(me, my mom, and maybe derek) are making salad with a side dish of apple dippers(from undressedskeletons blog)! its going to be yummy! Last nights dinner was okay. Im still trying to figure out if i liked the recipe or not…. we made the mini pizza muffins from undressedskeletons blog and it was different. wasnt the best ive ever had but it wasnt the worst…
For breakfast today i had a grapefruit with some truvia(natures calorie free sweetener) and it was the first time ive ever had grapefruit! it was ehh. I ate it all though because i know its good for me!

this is my first entry into my online journal. my goal is to write in my journal every day! I will write about what i ate, what i did to exercise, the difficulties i had that day, etc. Its to keep me on track of what I’ve been eating and how i can change my habits!
Today i woke up at 8:50am, went downstairs and worked out on the WiiFit for 30 minutes, then i did my 8 minute Ab workout (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTY) and made some healthy banana chocolate chip muffins. The muffins were good but the insides were still gooey(i have no problem with that but my family did lol). Thats the thing about recipes though, you dont know how it will turn out until you try it!
I was planning on going for a run around my neighborhood but it started raining and thundering. Instead i plan on doing the elliptical while watching a TV show for 30 minutes!
My mom and i made up a list of dinners were making for the whole week! If you have time with your mother or father…do it! Its so easy to get side tracked and not make dinner or just snack on junk food until your not hungry anymore! Instead, write down what you will have for dinner everyday for a week! You can try new healthy recipes you found in a cook book or even online! Just make sure you have the ingredients :)
