  5. Best part about eating healthy especially fruits & veggies. You can eat as MUCH as you want of them and not get fat. Because fruits & veggies get stored in your body as nutrients NOT fat. :) now isn’t that wonderful?

  8. The story behind this….

So my sister has had weight problems since she was 9. We’ve tried to get her to lose weight over the years and she has tried but always stops and she gains back all the pounds she has lost. When i found taralynns blog i HAD to show her!! But, she wouldnt read it. She refused too. Finally, after i started making healthier recipes that actually tasted good for a bout a week, she took a look at it! 
And she loved it! Her and I spent an hour looking through all the links and recipes and reading about the advice and everything on her site! The best part? She decided to try and lose weight again!! This time, our whole family is in on it so it should be easier! My mom and i have probably been to the grocery store about 6 times these past two weeks lol! but we’ve stocked up on a BUNCH of new healthier foods!
My sister and i decided to make collages to put on the fridge(the picture). She put pictures of herself when she was 165 pounds(she now weighs 224 pounds) and her goal is to get to a healthy weight for her height and age(150 pounds)! I put a picture of “fitspo” with some quotes around it. I personally, dont want to lose weight(though it’d be nice to lose like 5 pounds) but i want to gain muscle weight! I want to have abs!! so that is my goal!
We are planning to work out together tomorrow morning and i cant be more excited! This is going to be a GREAT year!
